So Motorola has finally unveiled it’s newest to the Android line up, the Droid Pro, a very Blackberry-ish looking device aimed more at the Business crowd that’s boasting some pretty impressive specs and features.
It’s said to have onboard:
- 1GHz OMAP 3620 with an MDM6600 chipset
- 512MB of memory and 2GB of onboard storage
- 802.11n 2.4GHz WIFI
- Bluetooth 2.1
- tri-band UMTS
- dual LED flash with an auto-focus camera
- A programmable key on the side that asks you what you want it to do the first time you press it
- 3G mobile hotspot support for up to five devices
- Optional 1860mAh extended battery and case
- Desktop charger dock like those for the Droid and Droid 2 but that holds the handset vertically
- Push functionality
- Supports SD card remote wipes (and full device encryption in Q1 2011)
- Spellcheck integrated into the OS and a “multi-headed” VPN client
